Detailsnextcloud-desktop 2.5.0 got released three days ago (https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/releases/tag/v2.5.0), with some features only available for nextcloud. As we already dropped owncloud for nextcloud, shouldn't we switch to nextcloud-desktop, too?
So far, there is an AUR-Package for this here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nextcloud-desktop/ |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: owncloud-client and nextcloud-desktop are different active projects, there's nothing to "switch". nextcloud-desktop will be packaged when some dev/TU is interested in it.
