Description: The function to copy/move/delete file is missing in nnn.

Additional info:
* Package version=2.0-2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run "nnn".
2. Press "?" to see the help page that list its hot-keys vs functions.
3. There is no key to "Delete entry", which is supposed to be bound to "X". Hitting X has no effect.
4. Similarly, the other copy/move functions aren't listed in the help page.
