Hello,

Quassel 0.13 by default builds without even the option to use the Oxygen icons. If you add the -DWITH_OXYGEN_ICONS=ON cmake flag, it becomes an option (but not the default). It would be nice if this could be added, and it doesn't seem like there's a downside.
