DetailsAfter installation openoffice-base it's impossible to run openoffice because there are .openoffice.org2 directory with incorrect permissions. When I delete it with 'sudo rm -r .openoffice.org2' and start OpenOffice again there is no more problems.

Reason for closing: Fixed
Additional comments about closing: .install file doesn't do anything else than running update-desktop-database and gtk-update-icon-cache and generating an information message now. Personal directories shouldn't get touched.

This directory in your profile isn't a bug in the package, but in some other action you did: using an old /home partition with a different uid is one example of this. The package doesn't contain the files with wrong permissions.

I check .INSTALL script of pkg file and found that you first remove .openoffice.org2 from /root directory. I ran install from sudo so I think this directory was create not in /root, but in user's home directory.
