http://kcat.strangesoft.net/ is pointing to a domain parking page for the domain registrar.
The whois record and https://repo.or.cz/w/alure.git contain contact email addresses.

source is now available again however package fails to build from source

adding -fpermissive to CXXFLAGS allows the package to build
