How can I get a log if my computer won't start? Only a black screen shows up. Could i get something with chroot?

switch to a VT, run 'journalctl -u sddm'

also, output of 'pacman -Qs icu'

I cant, Ctrl+Alt+FX doesn't respond with any F key. If that's what you asked for. 'journalctl -u sddm' from Chroot returns 'No entries'.

'pacman -Qs icu': (from chroot)

local/harfbuzz-icu 2.0.2-1
OpenType text shaping engine (ICU integration)
local/icu 62.1-1
International Components for Unicode library
local/lib32-icu 62.1-1

Either you've done a partial upgrade (unsupported) or you've enabled [kde-unstable] but not [testing] (unsupported).
