Description:

Title bar buttons are not highlighted correctly when the shade button is used.
The button to the right of where the mouse is hovering is highlighted (see attached images).

Note that the button that the mouse is over will still be clicked, not the highlighted button.
In other words, this does not make any buttons unclickable. It's just annoying.

Additional info:
* Cinnamon version: 3.8.9
* First reported upstream (https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/7962), but it seems to be an issue with the default theme.

Steps to reproduce:

Add the shade title bar button to windows, and make sure there is at least one more button directly to the right of it.

Sorry, I just copied and pasted from the github issue.

To reproduce, you also need to use the default metacity (window borders) theme.

Are you really using the metacity mode? But even in this case, this is not a cinnamon issue but rather a metacity one.

I was when I reported it. I haven't used Cinnamon in a while.
