Additional info: * package version(s) wine-1.8 * config and/or log files etc. WINEPREFIX=~/.wine WINEARCH=win32 winecfg, winetricks msxml3, winetricks dotnet30 Steps to reproduce: 1. install wintricks: sudo apt-get install wine winetricks 2. prefetch files dotnet30 and msxml3: winetricks dotnet30, wintricks msxml3 3. configure wineprefix WINEPREFIX=~/.wine WINEARCH=win32 winecfg 4. the tutorial I was following ordered this command: winetricks corefonts msxml3 msxml6 directx9 vcrun2005 vcrun2008 quicktime76 Now I ran in to problems. The configuration ran well and smooth until it came to a halt in this line: fixme:ntdll:NtLockFile I/O completion on lock not implemented yet After that nothing has happened for a couple of hours.
