DetailsThe latex package algorithm2e.sty in texlive-science uses the latex package ifoddpage.sty, which is provided by texlive-latexextra. Therefore, texlive-science should list texlive-latexextra as a dependency.

If this is the only package requiring it, it should rather be an optdep instead.
