Cheese depends on ffmpegthumbnailer to generate thumbnails for videos, however the current package does not include it as a dependency. Without it, cheese may not exit properly and must be killed.

Additional info:
* Installing ffmpegthumbnailer-2.2.0-2 resolves the problem
* the program works as expected until a video is taken. Once this happens, it starts emitting two error messages in an (apparently) infinite loop

** (cheese:6195): WARNING **: 17:58:53.182: Icon 'video-webm' not present in theme Adwaita

** (cheese:6195): WARNING **: 17:58:53.183: could not generate thumbnail for /home/jack/.gnome2/cheese/media/2018-10-19-175253.webm (video/webm)

* When you click the X to close the window, the cheese process lives on and retains control of the webcam. I tried waiting for 15 minutes. It can be killed with SIGINT or SIGTERM.
* On my laptop (Dell Latitude 7390 2in1), this results in the webcam light remaining on until I manually kill cheese

Steps to reproduce:
1. On a computer with a webcam connected, install cheese-3.30.0-1 without ffmpegthumbnailer.
2. Run the command ``cheese'' from a terminal (to see error messages)
3. Select the "video" mode in the lower left part of the window, and then click the camera button in the lower center to start taking a video. Click the camera again to stop
4. Attempt to cheese either by closing the window or by

Oops, I accidentally submitted it before finishing step 4. It was meant to read:
4. Attempt to exit cheese either by closing the window or by selecting "Quit" from the gnome panel.
