extra-x86_64-build fails with:

rpcauth.c:47:10: fatal error: rpc/rpc.h: No such file or directory
#include <rpc/rpc.h>

Has the issue been reported upstream?

based on https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/nx-libs/c/9079ef6e454a354615bd683bcb822c72f0b8176c?branch=master the included patch allows the build to succeed but is at best a work around.
