See below. I think this is due to the packaging and not upstream; source builds work fine. I did not have the problem on 1.0.0. Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: Fix your AUR package, libopenblas != openblas and we're at version 0.3.3-1
The reason you did not see this on the previous version is of course because the old version did not use the system openblas (and your system openblas is broken because it did not come from the official repos).
