Description:

The package fails to build with:

/usr/bin/ld: ../../lib/libv4lconvert/.libs/libv4lconvert.so: undefined reference to `minor'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/v4l-utils/blob/4124f0600d37687de425edc8c00a4a424bd69618/f/v4l-utils-sysmacros.patch does not seem to have been applied upstream

Fixed in v4l-utils 1.16.0-1 by
380fe7d4548a99bfcfc1594b6f0b3dd2369978f1 and 65e7b2a4076845d3932b88cb9c76f1fa4b78c32c missed spotting the upstream commits previously.
