Description:
rhythmbox does not detect an audio-cd without mounting it, and it does crash when mounting it. Currently I have no way to play an audio-cd in rhythmbox. [ 164.891948] rhythmbox[3036]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f27714b82bc sp 00007ffd9af54ca0 error 4 in libaudiocd.so[7f27714b3000+6000] [ 164.891958] Code: fe 4c 89 f7 ff 15 bc 7c 00 00 48 8b 33 4c 89 f7 ff 15 b0 7c 00 00 48 8b 5b 08 48 85 db 75 df 4c 8b 74 24 10 48 8b 45 48 31 db <48> 8b 30 48 85 f6 75 21 e9 a7 00 00 00 0f 1f 80 00 00 00 00 48 8b Expected behaviour: The audio-cd appears in rhythmbox and can be used. Actually I'm not sure if one had to mount it before it was usable in rhythmbox, but mounting it should obviously not cause rhythmbox to segfault. Additional info: * package versions: rhythmbox 3.4.2+4+ge123ad533-2 gnome-shell 1:3.30.1-1 nautilus 3.30.2-1 All packages are up-to-date and the problem is reproducible since at least 2 weeks. * config and/or log files etc. The libaudiocd.so that is mentioned in the segfault is part of rhythmbox: /usr/lib/rhythmbox/plugins/audiocd/libaudiocd.so Steps to reproduce: 1.) insert audio-cd (nothing happens in rhythmbox, but you will see a new device in nautilus) 2.) mount the cd by clicking on "Audio Disc" in nautilus 3.) a moment later rhythmbox crashes: |
