Upstream --- https://github.com/OCL-dev/ocl-icd/archive/v2.2.12.tar.gz --- includes doc/libOpenCL.7.txt.in

Only if packages "asciidoc" and "xmlto" are installed, "./configure" will enable building the documentation, then "make install" will include "share/man/man7/libOpenCL.{,so.}7". These packages aren't in PKGBUILD makedepends.
