The same issue affects Backblaze B2 backends as per https://bugs.launchpad.net/duplicity/+bug/1788599

Can confirm, I experience the same as described on bugs.launchpad.net

I checked out the package with asp and just set PKGVER to 0.7.18.1 - the resulting duplicity is working now like it used to.
