Details

Description:
Currently, Arch Linux have cuda 10.0, however pytorch needs cuda 9.2, which lead to fail importing torch module.

Additional info:

* config and/or log files etc.

python-pytorch-cuda 0.4.1, cuda 10.0.130-2

Additional comments about closing:  No idea if 0.4.1-5 was linked to libcudart.so.9.2, but 1.0rc1-1 isn't.
