Description:
===
When used with "-tls", swaks will report " TLS not available: requires Net::SSLeay. Exiting" and likewise when used without -tls will not even attempt to use tls, leading to errors on systems that only allow interaction over TLS.
Therefore it seems reasonable to add

extra/perl-net-ssleay

as an optional dependency.

Additional info:
===
* package version: 20170101.0-1

Steps to reproduce:
===
* install swaks
* make sure perl-net-ssleay is not installed
* try sending an email over an SMTP-Host only allowing interaction via TLS

(One could argue that with the prevalence of TLS-enabled e-mail-servers perl-net-ssleay should be in the Depends to directly pull it, but technically it is an Optdepends.)
This task depends upon
