I am submitting a request to add our archlinux mirror to the official mirror service. Here are the details:

Mirror domain name: mirror.siena.edu
Geographical location of the mirror (country): USA
URLs for supported access methods (http(s), rsync) (no ftp):
HTTP: http://mirror.siena.edu/archlinux/
RSYNC: rsync://mirror.siena.edu/archlinux/
Your mirror's available bandwidth: We have many internet connections. 1Gb Internet2, 2Gb commodity, 10Gb NYSERNet R&E. Please list as 1Gb.
An administrative contact email (optional, see below) rdecker@siena.edu
An alternative administrative contact email (optional) anicpon@siena.edu

We would like to become a tier 1 mirror eventually. Until our trackrecord is proven we are mirroring from rit.edu every 4 hours.

(tier 1 mirrors) Rsync IPs so your server(s) can be allowed to sync off tier 0 (rsync.archlinux.org): 199.223.246.113
(tier 2 mirrors) The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from. rsync://mirrors.rit.edu/archlinux/

I've added you mirror, thank you. As for tier 1, we do have a sufficient number in the US already and additional mirrors would just increase the load on our master unnecessarily. Thanks for the offer, but unless some other tier 1 shuts down, we don't currently need another. Sorry.
