Description:
XCom 2 requires libidn.so.11 which is not provided by the current libidn.
A few packages on aur provide an older version of libidn, one of these should be brought up to the repository and made a dependency to steam-native-runtime.

As an extra note, this library is provided by the steam runtime. This issue is known to affect Tomb Raider (2013), and will probably affect some other games as well.
It looks like the package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libidn-133-compat/ provides the missing library.
