Description:
At login, Gnome Shell show a dialog to unlock keyring with this string:
https://github.com/GNOME/gnome-keyring/blob/master/po/fr.po#L387

Since GNOME 3.30, the string is not shown and we don't know what Gnome Shell is asking for.
