Description:

perl-soap-lite specifies Perl modules in the provides section that are not installed with the package. Specifically for my case the culprit was XMLRPC::Lite, which is available via AUR as perl-xmlrpc-lite. Installing from AUR as aur/perl-xmlrpc-lite was successful. It is likely that other specified modules in the provides section are also not included, as the package only includes modules in the SOAP prefix.

Additional info:
* perl-soap-lite 1.27-2

Steps to reproduce:

Install perl-soap-lite via pacman. Run 'perl -MXMLRPC::Lite -e exit', which should fail with a compile error. Install perl-xmlrpc-lite from AUR, eg 'yay -S perl-xmlrpc-lite', which does a pacman re-install of perl-soap-lite. Force AUR installation, eg 'yay -S aur/perl-xmlrpc-lite', which works.
