Description:

All default config with my NVIDIA 940MX, same machine, CS:GO Steam Version with same map, same game config, same game mode.
Running with Bumblebee using bbswitch and primusrun.
From 18.1.8-1 upgrading to 18.2.0-1,18.2.1-1 , both two new versions have caused a serious performance downgrading problem. (From 55~ FPS to 30~ FPS)

Steps to reproduce:

- Upgrade mesa from 18.1.8-1 to any version later.
- Run CS:GO from Steam and open a practice with bot game using deathmatch mode and DUST II map.
- Keep watching the FPS indicator at the top right of the screen.
