It's a bit weird and don't know if this is correctly, but I would expect options-ssl-nginx.conf (because I had it previously) in /etc/letsencrypt, instead it is /usr/lib/python3.7/site-packages/certbot_nginx/options-ssl-nginx.conf Sorry, if this is incorrect.
