Description:
It would be nice if namcap could check that the PKGBUILD url field is valid, to prevent them from becoming stale.
Optionally warning on redirections would be nice though (e.g. being redirected to a generic "not-found" page), although there can be false positives (e.g. https://bitbucket.org/foo/bar sometimes redirects to https://bitbucket/foo/bar/src though it's clearly the first one that I want to list in url).

Steps to reproduce:
Create a PKGBUILD with an invalid url and check that namcap doesn't warn about it.
