Description:
Noticed that when deleting files under lxqt/pcmanfm-qt in /tmp (tmpfs) that it hangs indefinitely. Doing the same with pcmanfm gives the following message: Some files cannot be moved to trash can because the underlying file systems don't support this operation. Do you want to delete them instead? There doesn't seem to be a way to add 'delete' to the menu as with nautilus. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. pcmanfm 1.3.0-1 pcmanfm-qt 0.13.0-1 Steps to reproduce: copy a file to /tmp and try deleting (move to trash) |

Reason for closing: Fixed
Additional comments about closing: Fixed with pcmanfm-qt/libfm-qt 0.14.0 - there's also a question asking for simple deletion instead of moving to trash if trying to move files from /tmp to the trash bin.

Seems related to
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/60137
and a possible fix might be
https://github.com/lxqt/libfm-qt/pull/277
perhaps fixed by this commit?
https://github.com/lxqt/libfm-qt/commit/0575f176d0d0e4b8810facbee8faa78a1adafb32
Please backport suggested fix, I tested it and it works as
expected (patched used is attached).
