grip needs libssl.so.0.9.6 and libcrypto.so.0.9.6
these ones are outdated and not found anymore. version 0.9.7 is the actual one.
as a workaround symlinking to the 0.9.7 versions work.

considering linking grip to libssl.so / libssl.so.0 and libcrypto.so / libcrypto.so.0 which point to the actual versions.

Please check which version of grip do you have installed. Yesterday an updated 3.1.6 was released, and at least here it works linked against 0.9.7 of openssl. Please leave note here so I get informed.

Ok that seemed to be my fault. I did Pacman -Syu as I wrote that report, but it didn't show me a new grip. Today it did and it works now. Sorry for taking your time.

I had another problem: It missed libcurl.so.2
I had to install the package 'curl' manually. Perhaps there is a dependency to be set?

It wasn't on their news section, actually they don't even have one, just a little message on the ChangeLog. grip changed from libghttp to curl.
