Huh, didn't we I drop this package at some point? At any rate, this is now unsupported and will be dropped.

As gcc54 was only used by cuda which no longer does since https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/cuda&id=ceafff3e02dad9395afc32f1d448acb073d29f18 drop the package?
