Description:
The cursor becomes invisible in wayland when the window loses focus. It cannot be brought back without restarting the terminal server. The bug is fixed in upstream. Debian bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=908434. Fixing commit: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/commit/7d1d5119de3b633e9e86cdfe5a65ca5fc3a0c0a6 As well, the linked debian bug reports text corruption in evolution when writing an email, but I have not encountered this bug. This is my first bug report, apologies in advance for any mistakes. Additional info: * package version(s) 3.24.0+9+g4858f4b46e-1 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: Open gnome-terminal in wayland and cause it to lose focus. The cursor will disappear and not reappear |
