DetailsI think there's room for improvements...
flex isn't needed, libol could even be removed from the repos now: makedepends=(pkgconfig eventlog glib2) tcp_wrappers isn't used anymore: depends=(logrotate) Both of these should be valid for a static build. And edit the backup line, it's /etc/syslog-ng.conf. |

Is eventlog part of syslog-ng? should it not be a dep of syslog-ng?

Not if it's statically linked.
