DetailsWould it be possible to get a sample /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/ntp/ directories created with the package? How about a startup script, and maybe move the binaries to /usr/sbin instead?

Better yet, I added a whole slew of ntp conf files in /usr/share/ntp because I couldn't figure out which one would work best as a default.
