Details

We're going to need the setup script to be able to ask for additional package CDs during setup, now that we have more than ~600mb of packages.

This means the install CD structure will have to change to allow the CD to be removed while the system is running.

This isn't going to happen anytime soon. We're going to try and stay with a single install CD for simplicity.
