DetailsWe're going to need the setup script to be able to ask for additional package CDs during setup, now that we have more than ~600mb of packages.
This means the install CD structure will have to change to allow the CD to be removed while the system is running. |

This isn't going to happen anytime soon. We're going to try and stay with a single install CD for simplicity.
