Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: The install= file is *not* supposed to be in the source array, which means the majority of our PKGBUILDs (which do not do so) are correct.
No checksum verification is needed, as the file *must* be provided in the same directory as the PKGBUILD before makepkg is run.

Not sure what you mean? *.install files don't have to go into the sources array.
Am I right that install file is not being verified by checksum in that case?
