Description:
The delay when unplugging my power cable from my laptop and the Plasma power icon changing from plugged in to on battery could take up to 2 minutes with the default upower installation.

Additional info:
* package version(s) Tested in 0.99.8-1 but suspect all versions are affected.
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
* In plasma desktop look at power icon
* unplug powercable (laptops or other battery powered machines only ;) )
* Note the delay in the icon changing to show the cable was unplugged (upto 2 mins)

Steps to workaround the issue/fix:
* Comment out the PrivateNetwork=true statement in /usr/lib/systemd/system/upower.service
* systemctl daemon-reload
* systemctl restart upower

After these steps are taken the updates are near instant.

Note: I've presumed possibly incorrectly that the systemd unit is Arch maintained. If not please let me know and I'll see where I can report upstream.

PrivateNetwork=true issues are already reported upstream. https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/upower/upower/merge_requests/12 . See also https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/59865
