I've noticet that kexi postgres plugin [/opt/kde/lib/kde3/kexidb_pqxxsqldriver.so] is linked to "libpqxx-2.5.5.so" library, but there is only 2.6.8 version of libpqxx, so i suggest koffice recompilation:)
