valgrind memcheck crash with qt 5.11.1 Additional info: see this upstream bug report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393146 Steps to reproduce: download the minimal example from the upstream bug and launch memcheck on it, valgrind will crash with this error valgrind: m_debuginfo/debuginfo.c:453 (discard_or_archive_DebugInfo): Assertion 'is_DebugInfo_active(di)' failed. a fix is available, please apply, thanks! |

I just tested this out using the latest version of valgrind from
their repo - this bug is definitely fixed in the latest version.
I confirm, valgrind-3.14.0 works fine, valgrind installed via
pacman crashes at start.
