Description:

When using gqrx with an AirSpy Mini, the audio output is both fast and choppy. It sounds almost like the 96000 to 48000 sample rate adjustment is not occurring correctly as the periods of static seem exactly the same duration and the signal audio sounds doubled. The waterfall and audio output graphs are correct. This occurs in both gqrx and gqrx-alsa, so it not a PulseAudio problem. This occurs on both my laptop and desktop. It does not occur with the generic binary package provided by the developer nor does it occur on other distributions shipping gqrx 2.11.5. I am not sure if the bug is in the gqrx package or one of the dependencies.

Unfortunately, I do not have any other SDR dongles to test at this time to determine if the bug is unique to the AirSpy.

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to listen to any signal using an AirSpy Mini device.

Try isolating the problem somewhat. For example, using it in GNU Radio directly with a demod flowgraph. If there is a mismatched rate problem it should be more obvious there.

I can't reproduce the issue with my AirSpy or my rtl-sdr so you are largely on your own.
