1. using Plots
2. plot(rand(5,5),linewidth=2,title="My Plot")
3. I found require libQtGui.so # which is provided by qt4

Additional comments about closing:  Plots, is not provided by julia. External thirdparty user packages does not an ecosystem dependency make.
