Description:
The Vagrant package bringt the whole Ruby Gem, which also includes a vagrantfile.vim, which resides in the contrib/ directory.
Even though no science is happening inside the vim script, I still would like to see it installed to vimfiles/ftdetect/ for the sake of completeness.

What the vagrantfile.vim looks like at the moment:
https://github.com/hashicorp/vagrant/blob/master/contrib/vim/vagrantfile.vim

Since the bash completions are also install, I'd say this can also be done.

There is also a vagrant.el file for Emacs, in case you want to kill two birds with one stone.

Additional info:
* community/vagrant 2.1.2-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install vagrant
2. No syntax highlighting in vim :(
