DetailsDescription: Pulseview needs Python 3.6 libraries which is not showed in PKGINFO, therefore missing on the system (Python 3.7 is present).

Additional comments about closing: pulseview itself doesn't even use python at all + no error message + works for me + libsigrok is rebuilt for python3.7 long ago
