The LICENSE file in SVN does not match the file license in the .tgz

Download data file from intel compare extracted license with LICENSE from SVN.

Apologies priority should have been very low and I could not attach the new license or disclose its differences due to its terms.

https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28087/eng/microcode-20180807a.tgz is new release from Intel with a different license file again.
As the license is now provided in the .tgz that can now be packaged.
