Detailsarch's streamlink package depends python-crypto. pycrypto is unmaintained and insecure. a fork is python-pycryptodome, which upstream streamlink prefers.
the arch package explicitly switched back to old pycrypto in 2017-04 [0], most likely because pycryptodome was not packaged back then. it is since 2018-05. => please update the the dep and remove STREAMLINK_USE_PYCRYPTO .
