If I install sdrangel and limesuite, sdrangel seems to do not find a connected LimeSDR Mini. LimeUtil finds the device.

Apparently devtools doesn't install the optional dependencies when building the package so the plugin wasn't built. Gonna add it to makedepends and rebuild the package. Should be fixed any moment now.
