DetailsDescription:I have just finish a fresh archlinux installation. I tried to setup a new VPN connection by importing a configuration, typing login and password from my VPN provider. I can't save the configuration because "Save" button is grayed out.
I tried to initiate VPN connection with command line : "openvpn file.ovpn" : that works fine. I downgrade package to "nm-connection-editor 1.8.14-1" : that works fine. Additional info: * package version(s) : nm-connection-editor 1.8.16-1 |

I'm experiencing the same issue. Downgrading to 1.8.14-1 fixes for me as well.

Same here, seems to be caused by the CA private key which isn't (and shouldn't be) necessary.

Currently using nm-connection-editor 1.8.18-2, and this bug appears to be fixed. However, the connection editor in gnome-control-center 3.30.1-1 is still affected by this. This is confirmed by this comment in the upstream issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/network-manager-applet/issues/20#note_310942
