Summary and Info:
The command `fakeroot` is needed by `makepkg`, but the package `fakeroot` is not marked as dependency of the package `pacman`. `makepkg` does not detect it is missing. It tries to use it and fails after some preliminary work with a `/usr/bin/makepkg: line 184: fakeroot: command not found` error message. Steps to Reproduce: Ensure the package `fakeroot` is not installed. Compile any package (I tried with `cronie`) using makepkg. |
