Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  python2 programs don't need to be rebuilt for python3.7, and virt-manager correctly runs and boots a VM for me...

virt-manager 1.51 has only python2 dependencies and uses #!/usr/bin/env python2
If you execuute virt-manager from the console what is the output for the package in the community repository?

Oups... Looks like I made a mistake. Looks like it is related to python2-cairo update.

My bad, I was thinking of python 3 update because of this commit : https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/commit/trunk?h=packages/python-cairo&id=5b1e07b0c3a1df98a5863d7769f014aa577909a0
