Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: as per IRC, arch=('any') indicates architecture-independent packages, not things which can also be compiled to ARM.
Incorrectly-marked arch=('x86_64') packages would be a bug regardless of whether ARM is officially supported upstream.
