Signature keys need to be updated :
error: virtualbox-host-modules-arch: signature from "Jan Alexander Steffens (heftig) <jan.steffens@gmail.com>" is invalid

Works for me. Anything is broken on your system.

Package archlinux-keyring is up-to-date? System has correct date and time?
