Description:
Currently development headers for Arch Linux kernels are installed under '/usr/lib/modules/<kernel_ver>/build/' which is unusual among major linux distros. I checked this in Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora and OpenSuse and all of them install headers under '/usr/src/<kernel_ver>/'. I think you may consider moving headers to '/usr/src/<kernel_ver>/' to be consistent with common practices (some tools may expect headers in /usr/src/) unless there is a specific reason for current approach (which I didn't find). This change should be coordinated with 'dkms' package. |
