Details

Description:
Icons were missing after update to librsvg 2.42.6, and then tried to install arc-icon-theme to make sure it's not the icon sets problem, issue remained the same. Revert back to 2.42.5 instantly solve the problem.

It's interesting, when I update the librsvg to 2.42.6 again the problem is gone.
